Philippines Relief Drive

Philippines Relief Drive


ARPIN VAN LINES, CAROTRANS, AND CARDI’S FURNITURE ORGANIZE RELIEF DRIVE TO COLLECT SPECIFIC ITEMS TO SEND TO THE PHILIPPINES. 



Drop off your donations
at the

Mariner Marketplace


Saturday, November 23 from 10am to 4pm at
Narragansett Elementary School

                             Items Being Collected: (Exclusively)
                                    • Bottled Water
                                    • Canned Goods/ Dry Non-Perishable Foods
                                    • Energy Bars (Power Bars, Cliff Bars, Luna Bars etc)
                                    • Diapers


Only the items indicated above can be accepted. 
The items collected will be brought to Cardi's Furniture for you. 
Arpin and CaroTrans will arrange for the transportation and delivery of donations to the Philippines for distribution for those affected by Typhoon Haiyan.
Our thoughts and prayers are with those in the Philippines affected by this disaster.

November 22nd - 3:00-5:00 Clear Gym/Caf & Set-Up Tables
November 22nd - 4:30pm-7:30pm Registration & Set-Up      
November 23rd  - 7:00am-4:00pm Marketplace
November 23rd - 4:00pm-6:00pm Vendor Pack and Clean Up 



Please consider helping with the PTO’s major fundraiser of the year.  This event requires many volunteers throughout the day to make it a success. Adults are especially needed to help with set-up Friday afternoon and evening and the morning of the event.  We appreciate any time you can give.  You can volunteer for a minimum of two hours or the entire day.  Volunteers may help with set-up, clean-up, raffles, food sales, vendor assistance, and floaters.  We will do our best to place you where you would like to work. If you have questions or would like to volunteer, please email Judy Tucker- gecdt@aol.com with the date and times your are available. We appreciate your support.
